Sales Incentive Event Case Study
The Challenge
To devise an end-of-year Juniper sales incentive event for the Tech Data sales team.
- To generate healthy competition between the sales people and encourage them to bust the final end-of-year target.
- To meet a brief of ‘fun, different and engaging’, to take place in London and to a specified budget.
- To provide end-to-end event management and communications from launch through to the event.

The Solution

Essential developed a ‘Bust the target’ incentive to take 16 winners to The Bavarian Beerhouse in London by private Hummer, where they enjoyed an evening of traditional food and entertainment before heading to the world-famous Ice Bar for a nightcap.
Essential managed the complete event including the creation of a microsite to host all the details of the incentive and a teaser email campaign to galvanise the competitive spirit.
The Result
The sales incentive event saw remarkable participation from the team. Everyone was highly engaged and motivated throughout the event.
