Essential developed a ‘Bust the target’ incentive to take 16 winners to The Bavarian Beerhouse in London by private Hummer, where they enjoyed an evening of traditional food and entertainment before heading to the world-famous Ice Bar for a nightcap.

Essential managed the complete event including the creation of a microsite to host all the details of the incentive and a teaser email campaign to galvanise the competitive spirit.

The Result

The sales incentive event saw remarkable participation from the team. Everyone was highly engaged and motivated throughout the event.

Their collective effort and dedication were evident as they worked tirelessly towards their goals.

Ultimately, the team not only met their target but surpassed it with impressive results.
