Based on the success of the case study campaign Radware enlisted the expertise of The Essential Agency to accelerate the awareness and take up for their newly launched customer engagement platform, Radware Link. We sent a series of tailored communications to eligible customers, known as Radware Champions, inviting them to participate in various activities, including community forums, success stories, video testimonials, and event speaking opportunities.

Our Buzz Days overachieved on the estimated ROI. Palo Alto Networks are continuing to use this solution in FY22 following the strong results delivered in FY21 with two Buzz Days confirmed for September 2021.

The solution has also proven to be futureproof. In that it can also be used in a hybrid way, for companies that are starting to return to work but for whom some staff are still remote working. It can also support a fully in-person call-out day as the social wall can be displayed on the large screens on the sales floor. This ensures the sales leads are all properly recorded and reported on, which was often a challenge on in-person days.
