Maverick AV Solutions required the creation of a centralised marketing campaign. Designed to roll out meeting room product bundles across all of its pan-European regions. The key objectives
Due to the majority of people having to work from home during the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, Maverick AV Solutions wanted to help their channel partners by providing best practice guidelines for remote working, share market position of video conferencing and also offer virtual meeting solutions to enable easier team collaboration. There was also a requirement for re-brandable partner collateral targeted at end-user customers.
Maverick AV Solutions needed the marketing assets to be produced within a very short timescale of two weeks. This was to ensure the campaign was delivered within the period of the Coronavirus pandemic – to provide maximum benefit and relevance for the target audiences.
Helping the client to create clear brief and programme to the production of the campaign assets in the required timescales
From the initial brief, Essential quickly got to work on development of the “Meet Without Travel” campaign. Focusing on the creation of the copy and designs for the marketing materials.
Essential then worked closely with Maverick AV Solutions.
Provide regular updates on amendments and refinements to ensure the campaign was delivered within the deadline and to the highest possible standard.
Utilising the collateral produced by Essential, Maverick AV Solutions were then able to also create a click through web site: https://www.collaborativemeetings.co.uk/ and social media tiles.

On completion of the collateral Maverick AV Solutions’ management team launched the campaign to all the Maverick European countries – for each region to promote the Meet Without Travel campaign to their local partner base.
